The powder coatings applied by Colourific, are warranted against cracking, peeling, chipping, blistering, or corroding commencing with the original purchase date and extended as set out below, under normal use, conditions and maintenance, subject to the exceptions, limitations, disclaimers and other terms and conditions contained herein and on Colourific's website.

The warranty is for a period of five years from the date of the original application of powder coating by Colourific. The warranty applies to coatings applied to only the following products, and only if they have not been previously painted or coated: 1. New products made from first quality, new, properly galvanized or zinc plated iron; 2. New products made from, first quality, new Galvalume; new Galvanized Steel or new Aluminum, except for products made from cast aluminum, or cast iron; and 3. New products made from, first quality, new cold rolled steel but only if used and/or stored indoors, and not if used and/or stored outdoors.

Should any powder coating applied by Colourific fail, Colourific warrants it will, at Colourific's sole choice and discretion, either recoat the product, repair the existing coating, or issue a pro-rated credit. If the pro-rated alternative is chosen, the amount will be based on the original cost at the date of purchase. In no event shall Colourific be obligated or liable for incidental, special, direct, consequential, punitive, aggravated exemplary or other damages of any kind for the breach of any express or implied warranty.

1. This Warranty covers only the defects as specified herein.
2. Colourific does not warrant, and will not be responsible for any costs, defects or damages with respect to the transport, delivery, installation, assembly, removal, repair, or reinstallation of any products or components.
3. This Warranty does not cover any other damage or material failure, caused by any of the following:
   1. Occurrences beyond the control of Colourific, such as: the use of incompatible accessories, chemicals, solutions, or treatments; storage or installation of the product in an environment that includes high humidity, sand, dirt, or grease; contact with animals or animal waste; contact with vegetation including brush, vines, and sap from trees; faulty or improper installation; re-installation; normal weathering; chemical pollutants; fire, flood, lightning, or high winds; contact with windblown objects; earthquake; hurricanes; ice dams; icicles and/or ice storms; atmospheric conditions or weather of catastrophic nature; intentional acts; vandalism; acts of God; unreasonable use; failure to provide reasonable maintenance; fading, discolouration or change in appearance or non-uniform appearance over time in outdoor installations;
   2. Scratching, abrasion, impact, or exposure to heavy salt spray or heavy Ultra Violet light;
   3. Products which have been altered or modified, or have been cut or welded, or used in a manner not originally intended, or stored contrary to good industry practice;
   4. The use of landscape or gardening equipment or chemicals that may cause damage and/or water sprinklers with high mineral content;
   5. The adhesion of chicken wire or other similar substance to the product;
   6. Failure to follow any and all maintenance instructions provided by Colourific at the time of sale to the original purchaser.
4. Adjustment or tampering with a Colourific coating by any unauthorized person in any manner whatsoever, including painting, will void this warranty.
5. This Warranty shall not cover products that have been previously coated by other powders, coatings, liquids, chromates, ultra-violet coatings, or any other type of coating.
6. This Warranty is the only Warranty provided by Colourific, and no other warranties or conditions, statutory or otherwise shall be implied. No employee, respresentative, agent, or any other person, has authority to assume or incure on behalf of Colourific any obligation, liability or responsibility in place of or in addition to this Warranty, or modify or extend this warranty in any manner.
7. This Warranty is subject to the inspection, certification, exceptions, disclaimers, terms and conditions contained herein, and on Colourific's website, http://colourificcoatings.com. Any Notice of claim under this warranty shall be sent to Colourific in writing together with proof of purchase, photographs of the products and current site conditions, and shall specify the nature of the defect and when it was first observed. Colourific shall have the right to inspect the product where located, prior to accepting the Claim. The purchaser shall be responsible for all costs associated with removal, disassembly and delivery of the product to Colourific, and for freight, assembly, and installation of the product after Colourific has finished with it. This warranty shall be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
