All new customers are automatically given C.O.D. payment terms for their first order. After payment has been received for the first order, Colourific may offer credit after receiving a completed credit request form and verifying that the customer's credit status is satisfactory.
On orders with a value less than $1000.00 (not including other special charges such as powder charges) a set-up charge of $250.00 for each colour may be applied. The set-up charge may be waived if the product can be run with other products of the same colour. Please call to see if applicable. There is a minimum charge of $100.00 for each purchase order. If there is more than one colour a $100.00 charge will apply to each colour.
Colourific takes great pride in our quick turn-around times, which average 3 to 4 days. There may be situations where even faster turn-around is required, and in these cases the order is prioritized as a rush order. A set-up fee may be applied to those rush orders that are not otherwise subject to the set-up fee.
