New Customers

All new customers are automatically given C.O.D. payment terms for their first order.  After payment has been received for the first order, Colourific may only offer credit after receiving a completed Credit Application and verifying that the new customers’ credit status is satisfactory. 

Minimum Charges

There is a minimum charge for each order.  (If there is more than one colour on the order, a minimum charge will apply to each colour.)

Set-Up Charges

 All orders with a value less than $1000.00 are subject to a set-up charge for each colour (unless otherwise specified).  Please keep in mind that although we at Colourific pride ourselves on our quick turn-around times, it is still about 3 to 4 days on average.  Therefore, if you need an order completed faster than about 3 to 4 days, it will probably be considered a rush order.  A set-up fee may be applied to those rush orders that are not otherwise subject to the set-up fee.
